This area will be used for information related to the entire Summerwind community. It is not intended to replace other apps like "Next Door", but will include overall information about the community projects and events.
2/28/25: The Summerwind boards are in the beginning stages of discussing asphalt repair/replacement. They have asked residence with experience in this area to meet with them in order to educate them on the possibilities. As additional information is available it will be posted here.

Dirt bike trespassing and property damage has been reported in the Gateway Greens community. Residents are encouraged to collect video evidence, but should not confront the possible offenders. The Sheriff's Office is investigating and should be contacted if the offenders are observed. This includes on the roadways as well as on the golf course and grass areas.
