Golf View III homeowners' association was created after the construction of buildings F through K in the Summerwind area of Gateway.
These buildings boarder "The Club at Gateway" holes 5 and 6. Construction on these buildings began in 2005 and was completed approximately 18 months later.
Golf View III consists of 6 separate buildings totaling 48 individual condominium units.
Golfview III residents share access to the Summerwind pool. Residence of the community have exclusive access to this pool.
